What Our Customers Say
Real Reviews. Real Homeowners.
Residential Roofing
How long does a residential roof replacement take?
Most single-family residential replacements in DFW take 1–2 days once we're on-site. Larger or more complex roofs (steep pitch, tile, multiple layers) can run 3–4 days. We give you a firm timeline before work starts.
Residential Roofing
What shingle brands do you install?
We install from the major manufacturers — GAF, Owens Corning, CertainTeed, Malarkey, and others — depending on what's right for your roof, climate exposure, and HOA requirements. We'll walk through the options at inspection.
Residential Roofing
Do you handle HOA submissions?
Yes. We prepare the product data sheets, color samples, and architectural documentation most Texas HOAs require, and we submit on your behalf if you'd like.
Commercial Roofing
Can you work on occupied commercial buildings?
Yes. Most of our commercial work happens with tenants and customers in the building. We sequence the tear-off and dry-in so no interior is exposed to weather, and we coordinate access with property management.
Commercial Roofing
Do you offer commercial maintenance contracts?
Yes. We run scheduled twice-per-year inspections with written reports, minor repairs caught early, and a documented history you can hand to a buyer or bank.
Roof Repair
How fast can you get out for a leak?
Active leaks get priority. For most DFW addresses we're on-site within 24–48 hours with a tarp, plus a follow-up inspection within the week.
Storm Damage
Will a storm claim raise my insurance rates?
Storm damage in Texas is considered an Act-of-God claim under most homeowner policies — it generally doesn't count against your individual record the way an at-fault claim would. Your agent is the final word on your specific policy; we help you document the damage either way.
Insurance Claims
Do you charge if the claim is denied?
Our initial inspection and adjuster walk are free. If the claim is denied and you don't want to proceed with a private-pay repair, there's no cost to you.
Pergolas & Patio Covers
How long does a custom pergola install take?
Most residential pergolas install in 3–7 days after the design is finalized and permits pulled. Complex louvered systems or integrated outdoor kitchens run longer.
Pergolas & Patio Covers
Do I need a permit?
In most DFW cities, yes — we handle the permit application and HOA submission as part of the scope.
Turf & Putting Greens
How long does artificial turf last in Texas?
Premium landscape turf rated for UV holds up 12–18 years in the DFW climate with normal use. Pet and high-traffic areas trend to the shorter end. Warranties on the products we install run 10–15 years.
Turf & Putting Greens
Is artificial turf hot to walk on?
Turf gets hotter than grass in direct Texas sun. Cooling infills and lighter-colored thatch blades help a lot. We'll walk through the infill options — including cool-tech polymers — during your estimate.
Permanent Lighting
Is permanent lighting visible during the day?
Barely. The LED channel is color-matched to your fascia or trim and tucked under the drip edge so it reads as a thin shadow line from the street. Most clients forget it's there until the sun drops.
Permanent Lighting
How does it compare to seasonal Christmas lights?
One install replaces every seasonal install forever — no ladder time, no tangled strings, no paying for hang-and-remove every November and January. Color scenes handle Christmas, Halloween, game days, and everyday accent all from the app.
Permanent Lighting
What brand do you install?
We install pro-grade systems from the leading permanent-lighting manufacturers — the specific product depends on your home's architecture, fascia profile, and the control features you want. We'll walk through the options at the design consult.
Fencing
Do you handle HOA-approved fence submissions?
Yes — cedar board-on-board and horizontal variations are approved in most DFW HOAs; we submit the architectural spec on your behalf.
